The Beginning

I've always been a food lover, after all I am originally from Singapore, known as the food capital of Asia. In the last few years, I have ramped up on restaurant dining and have had the opportunity to dine at many amazing places, from Michelin Star restaurants to little brasseries in a secluded alley in Europe. My dear dining companions suggested that I start posting my restaurant experiences online so that we are able to capture the memories from our culinary adventures. I generally dislike taking photos especially while I am dining but with the help of my friend, I'll try my best to include some photos in my blogs. If photos are missing, its likely that she was not dining with me.
